Always use with the gel bag (blue side) facing in. Depending on the joint, always place the blue part on the affected area. Do not use in combination with creams or lotions. When microwave heating is recommended 600-700W of power, without overheating as it can cause burns. For cold therapies, place in the freezer a minimum of 2 hours before use and do not exceed 20 minutes.

Always wash by hand with cold water and mild soap. Dry in the open air.
