Emulsified aromas in Chefdelíce paste, aroma encapsulated in natural stabilizers, avoiding the loss of flavour by the high temperatures due to baking, formulated in aqueous base and liposoluble. The product results in a pasty texture that in addition to flavour also provides colour, avoiding the addition of colouring. In case of needing more colour intensity, any food colouring can be added. The product is indicated for cold preparations, such as milkshakes, ice cream, soft drinks, among others. Gluten free. Does not contain allergens. Suitable for vegans.
