To obtain a reliable result:

• Keep the device at room temperature for 30 minutes before use.
• Take the reading at a maximum of 5 cm from the forehead, approximately 1 cm above the eyebrow.

Set the selector button to body mode (high position).

Press and release the ON/OFF button, wait for the beep.

Position yourself a maximum of 5 cm from the forehead, press and hold the START button, and move the thermometer from the center of the forehead towards the temple.

When the beep sounds, release the START button and read the result on the screen.
