How to use Cumlaude Sunlaude Comfort emulsion fluid SPF100+ 

Apply generously and evenly for 30 minutes before sun exposure. Renew frequently.

To go to an event while tanned and without UV rays, you can use body milks that will tone up your skin. Tanning creams are not a substitute for sunscreen, they only give colour.
