I recommend it, my dermatologist prescribed it to me several years ago and I always use it.
I am very white and I always burn in summer, however with these capsules I have not turned red and combining them with the self-tanning (oenobiol self-tanning) I have picked up some color. He'll probably buy them again.

I haven't tried them yet but I don't have much hope with them because the acne creams I took from this brand don't do anything to me and neither do the liquid removal pills. They recommended this brand but I don't like it.
