Instructions for use

- Adults and children over 7 years old: Take 2-3 tablespoons a day (20-30 ml), preferably at breakfast.

- Children from 3 to 7 years old: Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) a day, preferably at breakfast.

- Pregnant and nursing mothers: Take 2 tablespoons (20 ml) a day, preferably at breakfast.
