Take 1 ampoule daily diluted in a glass of water or juice, preferably before breakfast.

400 mg of turmeric (minimum 95% curcumin). 200 mg of Reishi (minimum 20% polysaccharides). 130 mg of Cordyceps (minimum 30% polysaccharides). 130 mg of Coriolus (minimum 30% polysaccharides). 2.5 mcg of Vitamin B12. 200 mcg of Folic Acid. 5 mcg of Vitamin D3. 10 mg of Zinc.
