Himalayan Pink Salt is a pure salt that is hand-harvested from the Himalayan Mountains, Pakistan and was formed 250 million years ago. It is considered one of the purest salt formations available. It contains over 84 minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and copper. It is used both for internal use, for cooking, as well as for external use, to improve circulation, relax the body, relieve muscle pain, etc.
