-Put a teaspoon of the plant mixture in a cup of water or preferably in a vegetable milk of your choice.

-Add a teaspoon of coconut oil (unless you are already using coconut milk).

-Simmer for 2 minutes and then allow to infuse 5 minutes before serving.
