Energy Feelings Magic Broth Protein Broth 500g is a dehydrated protein broth made from plant-based ingredients.
It offers a slightly salty flavor that resembles chicken broth, and is notable for its high content of proteins and B vitamins (including B12) and D, zinc, and selenium, making it a healthy and nutritious option to complement your diet.
To prepare a cup, heat water until boiling, add 25 g of the product in a bowl, pour in a little hot water, and stir until lumps are gone. Complete with the rest of the water. If you prefer a broth dish, use 40 g for 400 ml of water. You can also add between 6 and 10 g for every 100 ml of water in soups, stews, or sauces, mixing at the end of cooking.
