Description

Food supplement composed of vitamins and minerals that provides energy, with vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 B12 and C along with iron. It helps to recover the optimal form and to reinforce the vitality in times of greater wear and tear and to maintain the skin in good condition. Suitable for coeliacs. No preservatives or added sugars.

Instructions for use

- Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning.

Composition

Borage oil (Borago officinalis), magnesium oxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), humectant (glycerin), ferrous sulphate, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), thickener (glycerylmonoesterate), zinc oxide, anti-caking agent (soya lecithin), vitamin B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), cupric sulphate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), colouring agents (iron oxide red, iron oxide black), vitamin B9 (pteroylmonglutamic acid), sodium selenite, vitamin B8 (D-biotin).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
