For sunscreen with maximum effectiveness, remember to apply enough, sunscreen spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. Don't forget sensitive areas such as the edges of the ears, nose and chest. In addition to topical sunscreen, use complementary accessories such as brim hats and adjustable sunglasses.

Boost skincare with oral sunscreen (in the form of a dietary supplement) combined with a balanced diet. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00).
