Instructions for use

This product is for nighttime use while resting. There are 2 versions: for the left hand and for the right hand. IMPORTANT: It is essential to thermomold (shape) the wrist brace on the hand before using it. To do this, follow the instructions included inside. When the wrist brace is ready for use, put it on your hand by sliding your thumb into place. Insert the self-adjusting strap into the buckle at the base of the thumb and tighten it around your wrist.
