Description

Flavia Libital 30comp is a dietary supplement designed to meet the nutritional needs of women during menopause and perimenopause, for those cases where it is necessary to reinforce the usual diet.

This stage is characterized by a decrease in female hormones, which can cause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, fatigue, or mood swings. Thanks to its formula, which combines ingredients like soy isoflavones, hops, melatonin, B vitamins, vitamin D, folic acid, saffron, and fenugreek, it helps to relieve these symptoms.

Additionally, it promotes rest, contributes to bone maintenance, and supports emotional and hormonal well-being.

Instructions for use

  • Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water, half an hour to an hour before going to bed.

  • Take it preferably at the same time every day, for at least 12 weeks.
