Description

Sensor with disposable device to measure the amount of glucose in the blood. It contains a thin, flexible, sterilised filament that is inserted just under the skin and held in place for 14 days with a small adhesive pad. It has software that generates accurate reports, which assists in data analysis, updating results every minute and storing them for 8 hours, in 15 minute intervals. The reader can take readings through clothing. It is resistant to immersion in 1 metre of water for up to 30 minutes.
