These capsules are indicated for people who have fructose intolerance and increase well-being. Its main active ingredient is the enzyme glucose isomerase. This enzyme, in the small intestine, converts fructose into glucose, which is easily absorbed. It helps prevent the various digestive discomforts caused by fructose intolerance. The enzyme glucose isomerase present in these Fructaid capsules is not of animal origin, but is produced only with the help of bacteria. This makes it suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Its use is not recommended if fructose intolerance is of hereditary origin. You can take the granules inside the capsule directly, without chewing and accompanied by liquids, before consuming foods with fructose.
