Wound dressings from the Galeno brand. In addition to having a strong adhesion, the bands are made with waterproof technology that prevents water from passing through to the wound. Their use is indicated to protect wounds from sun exposure.
The design features:

Made with hypoallergenic material, the dressings provide great coverage of the wound. Thanks to the absorbent pad, excessive bleeding or the presence of bacteria that could infect the wound is avoided. The bands, in addition to being flexible and elastic, have a polyurethane support that allows for ventilation of the wound.
It is recommended to change them after several hours or after a full day.
