Ginegea SPM contributes to alleviate the symptoms of Premenstrual Syndrome thanks to its active components based on vegetable extracts of vitex agnus astus, angelica, tanacetum parthenium, magnesium and vitamins B1, B6 and E. Thanks to the synergic action of its ingredients, this product has a beneficial effect on the premenstrual and menstrual period:

  • Vitex agnus castusThe use of a breast pump helps to regulate the hormonal balance and improves some symptoms such as headache, irritability and breast tension.
  • Angelica sinensisThe hormone receptor: it has relaxing properties on the uterine musculature.
  • Tanacetum partheniumIt helps to counteract headache.
  • MagnesiumThe product helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness, the normal functioning of the muscles, and helps to regulate the hormonal balance.
  • Vitamin E, B1, B6,it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Instructions for use

  • It is advisable to take one sachet a day dissolved in a glass of water by mouth, if possible at the same time, as long as the symptoms persist.
