Gsn Phytosterols 100 tablets

Gsn Phytosterols 400 mg 100 Tablets is a food supplement containing phytosterols, also known as plant sterols, which help reduce the absorption of cholesterol derived from food, thus lowering blood cholesterol levels.

Directions for use: take 3 to 4 tablets a day.

Precautions: It is recommended that patients taking cholesterol-lowering medication consume this product under medical supervision. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or children under 5 years of age. It is advisable to include this food supplement in a balanced and varied diet, rich in fruits and vegetables to maintain carotenoid levels. The daily dose of 3g of added plant sterols or stanols should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not replace a healthy diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Phytosterols of plant origin at 95% concentration (400 mg) and brewer's yeast (100 mg).
