Instructions for use

To use the Gudslip® mouth tape, start by thoroughly cleaning and drying your lips and the surrounding skin to ensure there is no oil or residue left. Once the area is completely dry, apply the tape over your mouth, making sure to press gently to secure its placement. Check that the tape fits comfortably and does not restrict your breathing or cause discomfort. Then you can continue with your normal bedtime routine and go to sleep. The tape is designed to stay in place throughout the night. In the morning, gently remove the tape.
