Instructions for use

While Gudslip® tape is generally safe, do not use Gudslip® Tape if you have trouble breathing through your nose. Do not use it alone without CPAP if you are obese (BMI over 35). Do not use it if you have very low blood pressure. Do not use it if you have severe heart or respiratory problems, or if you have a cold, a sinus infection, or an ear infection. Do not use it if you have very chapped lips or broken skin immediately around your mouth, or after consuming alcohol or sedatives.
