How to use GUM® Aftaclear mouthwash
Rinse with 10ml at least 2 or 3 times a day, after meals, for a week or until symptoms disappear.
Use mouthwash after thoroughly brushing your teeth. Visit your dentist a couple of times a year to check for cavities and dentin degradation.

I've used it 2 times but I don't like the thick texture in the mouth but it still works for small ring sores. Next time I'd rather use the gel than the mouthwash
