Gynositol 30 sachets is a special medical food for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) that contains myo-inositol, produced naturally by the body and present in our diet. Research suggests that myo-inositol may reduce the insulin resistance seen in women with PCOS, helping to alleviate some of the symptoms associated with this condition. It also contains folic acid or vitamin B9 (5-MTHF), a vitamin belonging to the folate family.
