Description

H4U Horse Tail 30 comp is a dietary supplement for deficiency states or in case of having low defenses. Additionally, it has a great diuretic power. It is recommended to take horse tail in cases of asthenia, convalescence, or fatigue.

Instructions for use

Take 3 tablets a day, 1 tablet with the main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 12 years old. Consult a professional in case of renal or cardiac dysfunction.

Composition

Each tablet contains 250mg of horsetail plant (Equisetum arvense) and 75mg of standardized extract with 7% silica.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Horsetail is a plant rich in mineral salts (silicon, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, etc.) and flavonoids. It has diuretic (helps to reduce fluid retention), remineralising, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

It is also used in skin care because it promotes elasticity and collagen maintenance, as silicon can strengthen the structure of connective tissue. It is often used in strengthening treatments for nails and hair. If you are taking medication or have a condition, consulting a healthcare professional before considering a horsetail supplement is recommended.
