The medicinal properties of the ash tree are very diverse. The Ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) is a tree that belongs to the family of the oleaceae native to North Africa which has now spread to the temperate zones of Europe, America and Asia. The leaves, bark and fruit are used for medicinal purposes. It is used against rheumatism, gout and in general, inflammatory and painful processes of the joints and urinary tract.
Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
