Heather (flower / leaf) bio. Indicated for treating urinary infections. It has anti-inflammatory properties, especially when used internally by consuming it as an infusion of the plant.
In cases of urinary infections, it is recommended because it can:
- Reduce the inflammation of the front wall of the bladder
- Be useful for prostate inflammation, as a complement to the action with nettle root, in the treatment of prostate hypertrophy
Its flavonoids and tannins have an anti-inflammatory action that acts on the walls of the bladder, relieving the pain associated with cystitis, complementing the action with another effective herb, bearberry.
