Makino), 275 mg: bladderwrack* dry extract (Fucus vesiculosus L.), 100 mg: grapes* (Vitis vinifera L.), 100 mg: Lactobacillus gasseri* (in corn maltodextrin, 2.5×10(10) CFU/g), 75 mg: fig* (Ficus carica L.), 50 mg. Figs are a sweet and highly nutritious food with high fibre content. This fruit (Ficus carica), was highly valued in Ancient Greece and nicknamed the philosophers' fruit.
