Holomega Solar 50 caps is a food supplement based on astaxanthin, lycopene, lutein, beta-carotenes, selenium, tetrasod, vitamin D3, calahuala, rosemary and citrus bioflavonoids that helps protect the skin from the sun, wind, and external agents.

Take 1 to 2 capsules a day for a few weeks during sunny periods. Afterwards, you can take one capsule on alternate days. For skin maintenance, take one capsule a day.

Using sunscreen is essential to protect our skin from the sun's rays. But for it to be effective, we must remember to apply it every 2 hours, after bathing, physical activity or sweating. This protective action can be boosted by taking dietary supplements, a balanced diet, and wearing accessories such as sunglasses or wide-brimmed hats.

It is also a good idea to apply aftersun after sun exposure so that the skin recovers moisture and maintains antioxidants. If you are taking photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is especially important to follow these recommendations. If you develop blisters, fever, or a headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.
