It is not absorbed by the mucosa and has no local or systemic deleterious pharmacological effects. Under the action of bacterial plaque, it undergoes an important depolymerization and is reduced to its basic components. INDICATIONS
Inflammatory conditions (gingivitis, bleeding, gingival recession, gingival pockets) or traumatic conditions (cleaning, abrasion, dental extractions, post-surgical sequelae) in which the gingival mucosa requires an increase in hyaluronic acid concentrations. Hyalugel is extremely safe, with no contraindications or side effects, and can be used without restrictions, even by children, pregnant women or the elderly. Its safety makes it especially useful when anti-inflammatory drugs are contraindicated.
