The laxative effect manifests itself 8 to 12 hours after ingestion, so it is recommended to take after dinner.
Presented in a pack of 25 individual sachets.

- Place the sachet in a cup and pour boiling water.
- Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes with the cup covered.
