Description

This textured soy from Int-Salim is a natural food with a high protein content of vegetable origin and a very low fat content. It comes in a convenient 400g presentation. This protein is proportional in quality and nutrition to that derived from milk or eggs, so it is a good substitute for them. It promotes digestive balance and is a food indicated for the preparation of succulent and varied dishes such as meatballs, hamburgers or croquettes. It can be mixed with vegetables, for baking or breading. Recommended for people with vegan diets or for those who enjoy eating in a healthy and balanced way. This product may contain traces of nuts, sesame and cereals. Contains gluten, therefore not suitable for coeliacs. Store in a cool, dry place.
