Description

Rye flakes stand out because it contains a wide variety of minerals (potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc ...) and vitamins, among which are vitamin A, E (tocopherol) and B vitamins, such as folic acid. It contains less gluten than wheat although it is still quite high in protein, containing a significant amount of the amino acid Lysine, deficient in corn, rice and wheat. Rye has a positive effect on the circulatory system, due to a combination of factors present in its composition. It is recommended to take them directly with yogurt, vegetable drinks or derivatives, juices etc.. It can be used to cook them or to elaborate different recipes.

Instructions for use

Pour two tablespoons in a pot with vegetable broth and boil for 5 minutes, then add a little vegetable oil or butter once served. It can also be consumed by mixing them with traces of natural fruit accompanied by fruit juice, yogurt or milk.
