ISDIN Haircare Lambdapil Anticaída 5α Plus 60 caps is a dietary supplement designed to help stop hair loss.

Its formula with L-Cystine, Vitamin B6, Biotin, and Zinc contributes to regulating hormonal activity, helps maintain hair in normal conditions, and stimulates hair growth, while also protecting cells from oxidative stress. Additionally, it is gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
