Instructions for use

- For children from 2 to 5 years old: take 5ml (1 tablespoon of dessert) a day, preferably in the morning and on an empty stomach, as a food supplement.

- For people over 5 years old: take 10ml (1 soup spoonful or 2 dessertspoons) a day, preferably in the morning and on an empty stomach, as a dietary supplement.
