Description

Natural hyperproteic supplement based on protein concentrate from various sources of the highest biological value. It ensures maximum muscle development and recovery in situations of intense exercise. It is indicated both to maintain muscle mass and to develop it without accumulating excessive fat. It can be used as a base to enrich other foods or supplements to obtain a more complete diet.
Not suitable for phenylketonurics.

Instructions for use

- Take 2 to 3 times daily.
- Dissolve 40 to 60g of product in water, juice, whole or skim milk with the help of a mixing glass.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
