L'Oreal Oxidant Creme N0 12.5Vol 1000ml

Oxidizing emulsion or dye activator cream that is specially designed for colouring and bleaching hair. It has an oxidant concentration of 3.75% and contains hydrogen peroxide. It allows you to create the desired texture for each technical colouring or bleaching job, facilitating coverage and colour matching.

Use a 60 ml tube with 60 ml of oxidant of 10, 20 or 30 vol. with an exposure time of 30 minutes.
