Wholemeal instant polenta from organic farming. Ideal for preparing both sweet and savory dishes. The polenta or corn grits is a way of consuming cereal uncommon in our kitchen but it is especially suitable for the hot time of the year, it is quick to cook, suitable for people with celiac disease and very nutritious. Polenta is obtained by grinding dried corn, which makes it easier to digest. Store in a cool, dry place.

Heat water to boiling point with salt, or broth or milk that corresponds to the amount of polenta to be prepared (three cups for three servings). Turn off the heat. Pour in the cornmeal in a shower, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to prevent lumps from forming, until the desired consistency is reached.
