The leaves of this three-year roasted green tea provide a delicate smooth flavor that is ideal for enjoying at any time of the day, even during meals. This tea is a powerful antioxidant and helps to bring calm and well-being.

Add 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour in boiling water and let it steep for about 1 minute. Strain and serve.
