La Flor del Pirineo Roman Chamomile 60g

Roman chamomile flower herbal tea is stomachic, antispasmodic and a bitter tonic. It is digestive, very useful in heavy digestions, gastrointestinal spasms, meteorism and nausea.

It is used externally as a mouthwash, in neuralgia, soothing baths, fatigue, rheumatism, lumbago and sciatica.

Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
