White tea hardly contains theine, so it has almost no exciting effects.
Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
