Lamberts Multi-Guard 90comp is a dietary supplement that helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Its formula contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and plant antioxidants from green tea, grape seed, and rosemary, providing a very complete nutritional profile.
Indicated for adults.
Take 1 tablet a day with one of the main meals.

Vitamin D, also known as calciferol, is one of the fat-soluble vitamins that is essential to support normal bone and teeth formation and helps to absorb calcium, increasing their strength and keeping them healthy. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that contribute to a healthy immune system and muscle function. It also helps to regulate blood phosphorus level.
Vitamin D can be obtained in three different ways: through the skin by exposure to the sun and from foods and/or supplements that contain vitamin D. In case of vitamin D deficiency or excess, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for diagnosis and advice. Remember that dietary supplements should not replace a healthy and balanced diet.

Precautions
A dark yellow coloration of urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates that the body is effectively using Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).
This product contains iron, which, when taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.
Contains Vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, except as directed.
Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG daily.
Do not take this product with other products containing Green Tea.
Contains vitamin K; if you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), do not take this product unless directed by a doctor.
