Description

Lamberts StrongStart MVM® is an effective multi-nutrient food supplement for women who want to conceive, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Your daily intake provides important nutrients for pregnancy such as folic acid, plus 23 other vitamins (twice the recommended daily dose of vitamin D) and minerals (including iron, chromium, zinc and selenium) needed at this significant time.

Take 1 tablet a day during a meal.

Composition

PER TABLET:

BETA-CAROTENE 5 MG. THIAMIN (VITAMIN B1) 10 MG. RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2) 10 MG. NIACIN (VITAMIN B3) 15 MG. Pantothenic acid (vitamin b5) 5 mg. PYRIDOXINE (VITAMIN B6) 10 MG. VITAMIN B12 2 µG. FOLIC ACID 400 µG. BIOTIN 0.15 MG. INOSITOL 5 MG. CHOLINE BITARTRATE 5 MG. VITAMIN C 70 MG. VITAMIN D 5 µG. VITAMIN E 20 MG.CALCIUM 75 MG. COPPER 1 MG. IRON 15 MG. MAGNESIUM 150 MG. MANGANESE 1 MG. Allergen note

The following list of allergens are excluded: wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast.

Cautions

This product contains iron, which taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.

A dark yellow color to the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates that the body uses Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.
