Use the mouthwash twice a day after brushing or as directed by the dentist. Rinse your mouth well with water and pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, swish around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, and then spit it out. For best results, use twice a day until your gums heal and the bleeding stops. It can also be used long-term to prevent the recurrence of gingivitis.
Use mouthwash after thoroughly brushing your teeth. Visit your dentist a couple of times a year to check for cavities and dentin degradation.
