I've only been using it for a week, so I haven't noticed much yet. I'm more or less used to using retinol and this one is perfect for me. It doesn't irritate me at all and the texture is NOT at all greasy. Perhaps something more emollient would be better for my dry skin, but it's fine, it doesn't dry me out either. In principle, it leaves the skin smooth and gives more luminosity.
