1. Open the microenema by removing the safety cap:
   - Hold the white round ring located on the bulb
   - With the other hand, bend the safety cap until it breaks and completely separates from the ring
   - Remove the safety cap

2. Apply a few drops of the product to the perianal area and gently insert the nozzle into the rectum.

3. Completely compress the microenema and, once the application is finished, keep it pressed until the nozzle is fully removed, to prevent the product from being reabsorbed.
