Mitosyl® calamine lotion is a protective lotion specifically indicated for caring for sensitive and irritated skin, even that of babies. Composed of calamine and ratania extract, it offers a drying and astringent action that, combined with the glycerin and mucilages in the formula, makes this lotion a refreshing and moisturizing preparation for the skin.

A gentle massage with Mitosyl® calamine lotion on your skin will give you a feeling of connection that will help you relax your skin or your baby's skin, soothe and refresh it. You can use it after sun exposure and relieve irritation from sweating and rubbing.

Instructions for use

Apply a thin layer of Mitosyl calamine lotion on baby's clean, dry skin, repeat 3 to 4 times a day. It can be used on any area of the body, especially on irritated areas (except the mucous membranes);

Composition

Aqua, Zinc oxide (calamine), glycerin, microcrystalline cellulose, krameria triandra, root extract, algin, cellulose gum, astragalus gummifer gum, methylparaben, sucrose, propylparaben.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
