Before the first use of the strap, remove the transparent film from the non-slip area. Place the strap on the forearm 3 cm from the elbow. The blue pad that appears inside the strap must always be positioned so that the two parallel pressure points are on the upper part of the arm (towards the elbow) and the third pressure point is on the lower part (towards the hand). Adjust the strap, regulate the pressure, and close with Velcro.
