It is a natural heather honey ideal to combine with light dairy products, fresh cheeses, yoghurts, soft desserts such as fruit, biscuits or cookies, or to use to sweeten any type of food as a substitute for common sugar.

Chestnut honey is collected by bees in areas where the chestnut blossom dominates.

Its colour is amber to dark amber. It has brownish-greenish tones, especially in the upper part of the container. It is thicker than traditional honey, has a penetrating, strong, woody aroma.
