Rosemary honey is collected by bees in areas where rosemary flowers dominate.

It has a very light colour and its aroma is very soft with floral touches. It has a thick texture, and a sweet taste with a little acid touch depending on the flowering area and the weather conditions of the area.

This honey was extracted, processed and packaged without being heated in any of these processes. Depending on the time of the year you will find it almost always in a creamy or granulated state, a symptom that it is a honey that has not been heated or Pasteurised.
