White Orange Blossom Honey is collected by bees in the lands where the orange blossom flower dominates. It has a light amber colour, although as it crystallizes, its colour becomes lighter until it turns yellowish white.

This honey was extracted, processed and packaged without being heated in any of these processes. Depending on the time of year, you will almost always find it in a creamy or granulated state, a sign that it is a honey that has not been heated or pasteurised.
